Nicky Jardine

Nicky Jardine has many years’ experience in designing, establishing and managing medical practices throughout Australia. Nicky has been responsible for the accreditation of scores of medical centres with one practice granted a finalist in the RACGP Practice of the Year Awards ( Australia) , and another practice awarded RACGP Practice of the Year ( Queensland).

Arianne Everard

Arianne has extensive administrative experience with a number of industries including; tier 1 accounting firms, financial planning, insurance and corporate health. Arianne is originally from the UK and obtained a Law Degree through the University of Westminister in London. Since joining Nicky Jardine two years ago, Arianne has worked in all aspects of the business and now focuses on administering the payroll, accounts and contractual aspects of our client businesses.

David Ludbrooke

David Ludbrooke initially worked with Nicky in separate organisations when he was setting up the National Australia Bank’s health division on the Sunshine Coast. David was recruited by NAB due to his extensive background in banking and finance, ability to build high performing sales teams, networking and producing sustainable business outcomes. NAB Health became a successful business model on the Sunshine Coast and combined the strengths of its staff and the Medfin business to form a formidable player in the health finance industry.

Melissa Stegert

Melissa had experience in many industries, however it didn’t take Melissa long to find her passion for the health care industry. Melissa has been working in the health care industry for 4 years and after undertaking various roles from reception, compliance, and training new medical staff, she has developed a vast knowledge in this field. Melissa has been recognized for exceptional communication and organisational skills making her perfect to introduce new medical staff into the industry.   Melissa has obtained Statements of Attainment in IT and Melissa has used various types of medical software, including Best Practice and Medical Director and is currently studying a Diploma in Business Administration.   Melissa plays an integral in our company, supporting our medical centre, doctors and health support staff clients and ensuring that their support calls are dealt with promptly.
