Nicky Jardine

Nicky Jardine has many years’ experience in designing, establishing and managing medical practices throughout Australia. Nicky has been responsible for the accreditation of scores of medical centres with one practice granted a finalist in the RACGP Practice of the Year Awards ( Australia) , and another practice awarded RACGP Practice of the Year ( Queensland).

Arianne Everard

Arianne has extensive administrative experience with a number of industries including; tier 1 accounting firms, financial planning, insurance and corporate health. Arianne is originally from the UK and obtained a Law Degree through the University of Westminister in London. Since joining Nicky Jardine, Arianne has worked in all aspects of the business and now focuses on administering the payroll, accounts and contractual aspects of our client businesses.

Melissa Stegert

Melissa has experience in many business types, however her current position is a result of her passion for the health care industry. Her 5 years of experience so far has seen her undertake various roles from medical reception, accreditation compliance and training new medical staff, and with this she has developed an extensive knowledge of practice management and operations. Recognised for exceptional communication and organisational skills, Melissa is perfect for introducing new medical staff into this field of work. Melissa has used various types of medical software, including Best Practice and Medical Director. She has also completed A Diploma in Business Administration, and is now studying a Diploma of Practice Management. Playing an integral role in our company, Melissa closely assists our medical centres, doctors and supporting health staff, while ensuring that their support calls are dealt with promptly.

Chelsea Macklin-Shaw

Chelsea's experience within the medical field over the past 6 years has afforded her extensive administrative skills.
She has been involved in various roles including medical reception, managing all facets of front office administration, training of new staff, accreditation compliance and practice management.
This knowledge and passion for health care led to Chelsea completing a Diploma in Youth Work. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Social Work at the University of the Sunshine Coast.
Chelsea is a perfectionist, who works well as an individual or as an active team member. She constantly strives to work hard ensuring any job she undertakes will be done efficiently with the utmost professionalism.
Known for her friendly, outgoing personality, she always maintains exceptional service.

Andrew Gorman

Andrew has been working in Finance for 30 years, having worked at major Banks in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. Since 2007 he has been living in Australia and has been providing lending solutions to a significant number of individuals and companies be it for personal purposes or to help build or acquire their own business. He is able to assist in Home and Investment loans, Small Business and Commercial Lending, Motor Vehicle and Equipment finance as well as lending for Self-Managed Super Funds. As a broker he helps doctors and investors with finance, producing sustainable business outcomes.

Kyra Mullens

Working extensively within General Practice, Kyra obtained a Diploma of Practice Management in 2006. Being primarily involved in staff training and practice development, she recently completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology in 2018.Kyra has also worked in a variety of health industry areas since 2001 including medical research, psychiatry, surgical assist, hospital admissions, emergency centres, physiotherapy and allied Health.   Quality customer service and excellent communication skills have served Kyra well within these diverse health environments, helping to establish and maintain great working relationships.Kyra has strong computer skills with a high level of knowledge in medical software such as Best Practice, Medical Director and Pracsoft. With a keen interest in managing and analysing data she has the capacity to optimise practice management operations and income.

Rich Mackay

With a background in print, web design and other mediums, Rich can provide a mixture of promotional options to assist in the exposure of a medical clinic, whether it be starting up or established. Social media, online advertising, clinic side promotional activities are just some of the elements that can be utilised in conjunction with your website, for both short and long term promotional goals. A broad stoke of mediums captures a greater section of a potential market, while the quality of the material aims to reflect the medical clinic's ethos and add to the patient experience.
