Let’s face it ! It’s a luxury having a great business minded Practice Manager full-time on your pay roll ( especially if your a small general practice). Plus a Practice Manager who gets on with all your staff! I struggled for months , relying on my receptionists and partner to handle the business, adding extra pressure to all my staff ( not to mention my relationships) ! Nicky was recommended to me by a colleague – and I have not looked back. Nicky and her staff are fantastic. Nicky has been worth her weight in gold ! Nicky offered to do a free assessment of my practice. After her initial assessment she informed me that I had over $ 56,000 owing to the practice from accounts not chased up. I was totally shocked as I assumed money was being collected and systems were in place. The staff had been with me for years. Nicky installed systems and helped us collect the monies and even improved our billing methods to improve cash flow. The practice staff were devastated but unfortunately I was to blame also for assuming they knew what they were doing. Thankfully most of the funds have been collected and the training that Nicky has given the staff has made them confident in their dealings with financial matters and instilled better leadership in the practice. If i ever had a problem or new units , I knew that I could email Nicky or the Head office and get a response within the hour. When I first started the course I was not in the environment that the course intended so did find the course quite complex . However, Nicky was always willing to see me and on very many occasions fitted me into her busy schedule to see her and go through the course.
